Groups for treatment of music performance anxiety

Twice weekly, we offer group sessions, moderated by us, during which you can discuss your stage fright experiences with others.

One particular focus lies in the exercises, during which you will perform your "favourite dreaded pieces" before an audience of fellow patients, followed by feedback rounds in a friendly and appreciative atmosphere. Technical jargon refers to this as "confrontation exercises". A concert grand piano is at your disposal in the practice for this purpose.

In our experience, these exercises give you positive energy and bring you closer to your goals than any theoretic exercise does.
